By offering the property as collateral, you can avail of a loan amount ranging from ₹2,00,000 to ₹30,00,000. This loan is suitable for purchasing both under-construction and ready-to-move-in properties from developers or development authorities.

The loan is available to individuals between the ages of 23 and 60 years for salaried individuals, or retirement age (whichever comes earlier). For self-employed professionals (SENP), the maximum age is 70 years at the time of application. In cases where the borrower is a non-income earner, but a property owner, the loan can extend up to 80 years at the time of loan maturity, provided all legal heirs are included in the loan structure.

The repayment tenure for this loan is flexible, with a maximum duration of up to 20 years for a Home Loan. The loan repayment is made through monthly instalments/ENACH, ensuring a manageable and consistent payment schedule.

To be eligible for this loan, the target segments include bank salaried individuals and self-employed professionals with regular ITR and assessment income. Additionally, female must be on loan structure, either as the applicant or co-applicant. KYC documentation, such as an Aadhar card or any other document as per the KYC policy defined by RBI/NHB, is required for the application process.

Loan Against Property (LAP)* is a secured loan product that provides a flexible financial solution for both salaried individuals and businesses. The loan is sanctioned once you mortgage your residential or commercial property, with the credit amount being based on the current market value of the property. You can mortgage a self-occupied property, Plot, or any piece of land that you own, as long as the title of the property is clear. The loan amount ranges from ₹2,00,000 to ₹30,00,000, making it a viable option for large financial requirements.
