Mr. Vinay Kumar, currently Director of Coracle, brings over 16 years of extensive experience to his leadership role.

With a background in Commerce and an MBA in Finance & Operations, he initially served as Regional Head (AVP) at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, excelling in funds planning & mobilization, management and reporting, business planning, and investor relations.

Following this success, Vinay founded Navodit Foundation, where he effectively met customer expectations and built a strong portfolio. Now at Coracle, he continues to drive strategic vision and transformative impact in the finance industry, leveraging over 14 years of proven expertise.

Miss. Shweta Gupta brings over 8 years of robust HR expertise to the table, showcasing proficiency across diverse HR functions.

She holds a postgraduate degree in MBA with a specialization in HR. Previously, she served as Head of HR at Navodit Foundation, HR Manager at Infinity Care Hospital, and has also worked with Utkarsh Small Finance Bank and Rajendra Toyota.

Her experience includes recruitment, employee relations, training, and strategic HR initiatives, positioning her as a valuable asset in nurturing organizational talent and driving performance improvement.

Miss. Gargi brings versatile experience, with a renowned PCS Firm Abhishek Mittal & Associate and with an NBFC-Payme India Financial Services Private Limited, in Secretarial Compliances and Regulatory Compliances of MCA and RBI.She achieved an All India Rank of 16 in the CS Foundation, showcasing her commitment to excellence in her field.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, which has provided her with a solid foundation for her professional endeavors. Her experience encompasses filing petitions and drafting responses for tribunals and regulatory authorities, as well as handling documentation for investment procedures.

Passionate about corporate governance and regulatory affairs, she continuously seeks to expand her knowledge and skills.

Mr. Giri is a seasoned operations specialist with over a decade of proven expertise in optimizing operational efficiency. He holds a postgraduate degree in MBA with a focus on Accounting & Finance.

His extensive background includes roles in underwriting, disbursement, team management, AML/KYC compliance, gold loans, MSME/HL/WHEELS/working capital overdrafts, vendor projects, dropline overdrafts, RCA, government loans, and more.

This diverse experience equips him with unique insights into tackling complex challenges. Recently, his education from IIM has further enhanced his ability to provide interactive and innovative solutions.

Mr. Saurabh Jha is a credit specialist with over 10 years of demonstrated expertise in credit management. He holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University.

His career is distinguished by a strong proficiency in credit analysis, risk management, and financial evaluation. Prior to joining Coracle, he served as Territory Business Manager at ICICI Home Finance Company Ltd, Credit Manager at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, and also gained experience at DHFL and Shivalik Mercantile Co-Operative Bank.

His strategic insights and in-depth knowledge of credit processes have consistently driven profitability and minimized risk across his roles.

Mr. Sumit is a highly seasoned risk specialist with an impressive 20-year track record of expertise in various aspects of risk management.

He holds an MBA degree in Finance and Accounting also done Certification Courses in Internal Auditor training, CDFE, CISM, CGA, CSSGB, and Certification of Participant in AML/CFT South Asia 10th Annual Summit 2020, etc. Prior then Coracle, he gained valuable experience in Dvara KGFS as Zonal Head Audit, and in Unimoni as Regional Head also worked in Ebix Cash, Moody International Shanghai Company, and PUNCH AUTOS.

His Specialization is in Fraud & Risk control, Internal audit, AML, KYC, Screening, Investigation, compliance, Credit, Accounts and Taxation.

Mr. Sher Bahadur Singh, an accomplished administrator with a decade-long tenure in administrative management.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts, from Purvanchal University, a foundation that underscores his strong academic grounding and professional acumen. Prior to his role at CORACLE CAPITAL, he served as ADMIN MANAGER at Navodit Foundation, also in Cashpor for 8 years, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and implementing strategic initiatives.

His commitment to excellence and proficiency in administrative best practices consistently drive organizational success and operational excellence.

Mr. Pradeep Kumar Experienced IT Manager with over 12 years in the information technology sector. He holds an MCA Degree from UPTU.

In previous Organizations, he has driven many Sensitive Projects of Govt. At the time of COVID-19, He held the position of Data Manager in the CMO Office awarded as Corona Warrior, and also helped the Government to keep records and provide solutions for Reporting. He has his prior stints with reputed media publications like Hindustan Times & Jansandesh Times.
